I highly recommend Lava Body Shop! Our Kia Sorento was damaged after my son accidentally hit a deer, causing significant damage to the front bumper and front end. We were very concerned about the repairs, but the team at Lava Body Shop made the entire process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Tom, who was extremely helpful, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. He kept us informed throughout the repair process and made sure everything was done right. The quality of the repair was outstanding. Great guy. I hit a deer and luckily it only dented my hood, but I couldn’t open it for maintenance. He saw me immediately and fixed it with just the right tool. He taped it up in a few places and even popped my light back in that I didn’t even realize was out. And after doing all that he said it was free. He hooked me up and still did an amazing job

I got a recommendation from the tow truck driver that picked up my deer mangled car. Seeing the google reviews and the large but very empty rear parking lot, raised my confidence. Western Pennsylvania is notorious for the good body shops being backed up for months during deer running or rut season which ended a month or so ago. My Subaru with moving head lights, sensors and emission control system got hit hard on the front right side. The sound the engine compartment was making when I pulled over wasn't good or familiar. I suspected a second radiator was destroyed -- possibly used for the turbocharger. I had no idea what else I may not be seeing. I dropped my car off, got excellent email and phone communication from Lava and got my car back much sooner than I expected. Before I picked it up, I asked if they had scanned the system. They said yes, both before and after. Two weeks later, everything is still looking good. No weird electronic issues. Paint is holding up. No odd noises. I adore their quality work and fantastic communication. Many thanks!
